“The property itself was nice and clean. However the staff was awful. We had booked and paid for a king deluxe suite through Expedia the day prior to check in and got a marvelous rate for it. When we arrived to check in the lady at the front desk informed us that the suite we had reserved was indeed available but that we had not paid enough for it. She called her manager for direction. “Will never go there ever...ughhh... when open the door terrible smells greets us and walk to the bed and found couple bedbugs and when calling staff about the issues they were so rude and said we wont get any refunds, floor where dirty, microwave wasn't working, not enough towels, ac not working well, and key was not working well ... awful place....”
