“The shower was not clean. There was a black dirt stain in the tub. It’s was like they didn’t even try to clean the room.”

“Property was under a ton of renovations. Complimentary breakfast was in a room that was being renovated, the shower was barely lukewarm, the elevator inspection expired 02/2026. Just a terrible experience. ”

“ I do a lot of traveling. I don't understand why some cheaper hotels insist on pushing people out for their convenience of cleaning after we pay $75 for barely 12hrs of time without being disturbed several times in the morning starting before 9am knocking on doors and calling rooms. What has happened to customer service? Travelers don't want consecutive morning reminders that check out is 11am. When I didn't answer the room service because I was half asleep when they knocked they actually opened...

“Entrance front of house of chipped at bottom as wood was worn out. Lots of critters in front of entrance. Cob webs inside house, light bulb in kitchen took 1 hour to turn on by Day 2 as well as outlets in kitchen stopped working. Air unit display was not accurate although maintenance came by. Informed to disregard reading showing 78 degrees but use a device to read the vents in the ground to prove the air unit was lesser. However, what sense did that make if the air quality was a hot humid...
