“I read the reviews before booking but my experience was not like others. The staff when I checked in was very helpful and and friendly. When we got in our room there was no soap or towels. Room table nd phone was dirty. Television would not shut off when I called front desk new staff was there and told me I’d need to wait til next day. We had to sleep with the television on. When I mentioned it again at check out they said they would look at it but no apology. Breakfast was cereal and some stale...

“Unfortunately after spending a long day driving(10+ hours) we had to wait a while to get keys as the front desk person was having a hard time with the computer. She did let us into our room but then we had to wait for her to call and go back and finish the paperwork. Took about 30 minutes. There was hardly any lukewarm or hot water for the showers. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. “The pet arrangement was very good. A park was 1 block away. We had to contact the host & the problem was solved within a short time. We felt very safe in the unit. We would stay here again. Excellent & the best in furniture & decor. Loved the chocolates on the pillows. ”
