“Everything was excellent. The only issue or concern is the safe doesn't lock and I asked frontdesk if they can install new batteries but was informed their safes were not working.”

“I loved staying there. The rooms are huge, the tvs actually work and it was a great stay overall. However the beds are a little stiff/hard and the tubs could use a little more of a deep clean but overall everything was great.”

“We loved this perfect property. We met and enjoyed this sweet hostess, Mindy. The place was fantastic and we so enjoyed our entire stay. It couldn't have been a more relaxing, clean, and welcoming place. NOTE: We had a lot of difficulty with finding this property. We are from many states away from Southern Iowa and Northern Missouri. Plus, we are senior citizens, so we struggle with new ways to book places to rent and how to communicate with others. Younger renters would not have struggled to...

“I was surprised to find this nice place in Eddyville, IA. It looks like a garage on a vacant lot that was transformed into a very nice “hotel suite”. I was there for a class reunion and some of my classmates mentioned they would stay there when visiting if available.”

“Liked the open floor plan, kitchen/living room. Mostly a clean place, there was left over food in the fridge & the crisper bins were not clean. The toilet seat shifted when anyone sat on it, so very uncomfortable. The full sized bed was not comfortable because sleepers rolled together in the middle ”

“I did not like the fact that the hotel. What's the across the street from another motel? Where the office was located? The management was distant. The the sink stopper mechanism did not work. We cannot get the tv to turn on. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of blankets , fellows worked as well.”

“The cabin was not clean, there was food left in the refrigerator and used coffee grounds left in the coffee machine, the freezer was dirty and the floors were dirty as well, The garbage pail was not clean. The downtown offered no breakfast locations, or restaurants, only a bar across the street. Overall, we will not be staying at this location in the future.”
