“We had a big room decent room. The floor of the bathroom was always wet, dont know if it was coming through the toilet bowl or the bath tub. Overall clean but the carpeting is gross I find, very outdated. They dont clean the rooms daily especially if your stay is 2 or 3 days. The water park is always pleasant with the kids.”

“We went to dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday and they were out of a lot of things on the menu. Ex: chicken wings, clams. Parking is a problem, not sure if they have enough spots for each room. The staff at the desk and restaurant were not the friendliest and service was slow at the restaurant. Pool section and beach was very nice.”

Folks not staying at the hotel come to use its amenities, which sucks for those who paid for them. The pool was constantly full of unsupervised children, violating all of the rules (running, diving, quiet hours, etc.). “I stayed at this hotel with my family for three nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The breakfast was poorly managed and there was not enough food for all the guests. If you came early, you had a decent selection, but if you arrived a little later, there were only leftovers like waffles and a few slices of bread. “Our family stayed for two nights. The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Couple of complaints: door was loud when closing, key card barely worked and water drain was slow. The staff was noted but nothing changed.”
