“Pool and hot tub were both empty. The mattresses were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood and the pillows were like a brick. When we got there we had a wait a while for someone to come to office because the other staff said she was in the bathroom. Also, no complimentary breakfast. You buy off the menu but they were out of eggs and bacon. ”

“This was such a beautiful cabin on a beautiful property. In the springtime, it looks like a secret garden on the grounds, with all of the flowers blooming and trees budding. The hot tub was great, as were the outdoor seating areas. There are plenty to choose from, especially for big parties! Everything was so extremely clean. Hats off to the cleaner! “I want to start out by saying how responsive the host was during our stay! This shows they truly care how their guests experience goes. The cabin is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We had an issue with the hot tub so unfortunately couldn’t enjoy it the first night, but they immediately checked it out, refunded us a portion for the inconvenience, and even left cookies for us. I specifically book cabins based on hot tub availability, so was super disappointed it didn’t work the first night....
