“We always like to stay at the hotel if we are needing a stay in that area. It is always very good and the onsite restaurant is excellent”

“All food and drink is at Houlihans restaurant next door. Not having complimentary coffee in the lobby is un-American:)”

“Good things first. It was clean, it Had microwave and fridge. Bed was ok. But it was good for the price! There are a bunch of deer that hang out in the parking lot next door. Like 8 of them. It was cool. I think the description states that there is a full or hot breakfast. They only had a pancake machine. And very few choices.”

“Ci hanno dato una stanza che dava sulla strada davvero rumorosa, non c'erano tendine leggere per avere privacy, colazione discreta, internet buono, scelto per il prezzo e per la vicinanza allo Shenandoah national Park. E' un hotel che ha di sicuro conosciuto tempi migliori”

“We enjoyed our short stay at Wayside. We were greeted by Amanda with a very warm and friendly welcome. She kindly let us check in early and gave us a few ideas to explore.”

“You could hear people in the other rooms easily. Fairfield is promoted for having quieter rooms so this was surprising. The breakfast was severely substandard as well. This hotel is also close to a highway but also, apparently locals like to use the Old Valley Pike as their midnight raceway.”

“Mi sono trovato molto bene camera pulita personale molto gentile”

“Good, helpful staff, cleanliness, only complaint is people making noise upstairs early morning not good for those that work”

“Clean and well kept. The complimentary breakfast not great, but it was adequate. The only negative was that the bedding was not the best. The fitted sheets did not stay on the bed, and the mattress was not nearly as comfortable as those in other places I have stayed recently.”

“Condizioni veramente brutte. Stanza puzzolente e sporca. Inaccettabile ”

“No Wi-Fi, TV didn’t work, walls as thin as paper, no soap in the bathroom, difficult check-in, seems like a section 8 type of place. And that’s fine, but if you’re a tourist, that might not really fly with you. It wasn’t super great for us. The guy in the next room might as well have been at the foot of our bed. The best thing I can say for it is that there was plenty of hot water.”

“The property is good just a few little things we noticed. No bluetooth speakers as advertised in the hot tub. Decking boards have some gaps between them (1/2 to 3/4 inch in spots)Interior flooring in spots is chipped on corners and some edges are raised.Rear bedroom missing one blind. Both beds are quite low in height.Occasionally we noticed a strange popping/creaking sound which seemed to be coming from the roof, not sure what it was. Great location secluded, some minor updates and it could be a...

“Great little hideout! We loved this little place, accurately described and the communication was superb!”

“Cute place out in the woods. Plenty of parking and a fun rustic feel. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again when in the area.”
