“Staff were very helpful both at my late night check in, and also during a midday issue with the door lock on my room. The door lock required some elbow grease and seemed some other guests had the same issue with their doors. I had a kitchenette in my room, but no utensils or pots which maybe i needed to ask for, but didn't use anyway. Overall, I would recommend the hotel though as it was clean, Staff were very helpful and friendly, and it's in a great location near shopping and food.”

“I call this “you’re on your own hotel”. Breakfast was abysmal, no room service after 4 days. When I went to the front desk. No one was there at 8pm. Finally someone came out and acted like I was bothering her asking her for bath towels. Unreal. Don’t stay here if you want any sort pleasant experience ”
