“I spent three nights in this hotel for business. I had no complementary internet and breakfast but they didn't charge me for none. So thank you very much! The area is not the best if you're willing to travel (you know the traffic in India is crazy), but for my needs of business was simply fine. I tried the gym and the pool, not bad. Breakfast was full of options for everyone and the dinner-buffet was very good and covenient. It was a good staying.”

“The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number.”

“First of all, this place is nothing like the pictures shown online, so please don’t get fooled by them. The hotel is located on the main road in Laxmi Nagar, and the rooms are on the third floor with no lift, so you have to climb the stairs to reach it. When I arrived, the receptionist asked if I could shift to another one of their hotels nearby. I agreed, but that place also didn’t have a lift and was still under construction.
