Va colazione, compresa, viene servita in camera e devi mangiare sul tavolinetto. Parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Il receptionist è stata molto gentile ad informarci che avevamo dimenticato le luci della macchina accese. Ci ha salvati dal dover spingere con la batteria scarica.”

“We were expecting a well maintained, boutique hotel, sadly it was not. Although refurbished in Nov 2014, the state of our room (1) lacked maintenance. Although each was relatively minor, when 10 issues are present, then the result is a disappointment. I relayed these to the receptionist on departure, and she seemed reluctant to seriously acknowledge the problem. This summed up the general feeling of laissez-faire.”

“Will never stay here again. No air conditioning in room, no wash cloths, no phone to contact desk. 1 elevator was out leaving only 1 elevator for the entire hotel. Crap fan was ridiculous to move hot air.”
