“I highly recommend this hotel and always stay here when in Scarborough. I always pay extra for the sea view and it is well worth it. Breakfast is great and it is an easy walk down the High Street from the station. Buses are excellent all around the area, eg. Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, Robin Hoods ay, etc. I love the seafront walks. Thank you to all staff.”

“Efficient and friendly check in. Staff very courteous and helpful. Our room was a little tired and old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities very good. Breakfast buffet food was not particularly hot. I suspect the food server heater was inadequate. Evening meal was excellent, again lovely staff and very reasonable prices. The pool and spa is really superb and well worth using. It's the biggest jacuzzi we've ever seen! Overall a very pleasurable stay. ”

“Very cool and funky hotel in a great location, with amazing views over the water. Great sized room we had with a separate living room. Parking was the only downside as it’s very limited and hard to get close to the hotel. And no lift which made getting out bags up and down narrow stairs quite challenging. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“Very welcoming, clean, comfortable and modern. We had a really nice room with direct access to a patio with great views. Near to Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and the moors. Parking was good. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. We should have stayed longer. We will return.”

“A great kitchen and lounge area troubled only by noise of passing traffic, but this died down at night, and, if the dishwasher was run, the drawbacks of open plan living were clear so I ran it at night and wasn't troubled. A nice quiet bedroom ensured a good sleep and I could figure out how to use the TV in this room! I will be happy to revisit this site as it was convenient to walk into Filey from and it would have been possible to walk to Bempton Cliffs too.”
