“We had three nights in the Spa Hotel and we had a very comfortable room on floor 3 with pleasant views out on the extensive grounds of the Hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The Orangery is a pleasant place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty parking. Overall an ideal place to stay in Tunbridge Wells.”

Inoltre manutenzione rumorosa (trapano) a partire dalle 7.00.

“Albergo modesto, tranquillo, pulito e silenzioso.

Personale sempre gentile. Letto comodo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.”

“the staff were polite , friendly and went the extra mile”

“Hotel molto pratico carino e facile parcheggio comodo all’interno staf gentilissimo”

“Location was hood, quaint building, nice rooms, ease of parking. Good location”

“Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I was happy with my comfortable, quiet room.”

“Lovely place to stay, basically a guest room in a shared house though. Quiet hours meant no late showers which was hard when our days were planned ahead of time. Host was sweet and the room was nice, just felt like a lot of rules that would’ve been helpful ahead of time. The small town is so fun, loved walking around the stores and trying all the local restaurants - they close early so plan for that!”

“website says the small room use downstairs bathroom so we paid the extra for bigger room but still made to used the downstairs one. paid the extra 20 pounds for a late check out(2 hours). Can't use the living room. Basically you can just stay in your room. 20 minutes walk to the nearest shop.”

“Had a great nights stay and dinner at the pub when visiting the local area. Food was scrumptious and bed so comfy! Wonderfully clean and staff were super helpful!”

“Lovely rooms with streaming in the tv Nespresso coffee always a plus. Usual amenities, good food offer & reasonably priced. Highly recommend, lovely area with a local village store & post office which is great”

“Stayed here one night with my partner for his birthday. Lovely scenery, cozy get away. Staff were very helpful on the phone when needed.”
