“Helpful staff, beautiful rooms and baths”

“I enjoyed the dinner meal even though I made a rookie hot pot mistake.”

“Excellent cuisine, wonderful location (private onsen, especially the outdoor ones, are great), kind and friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere at night, traditional and spacious rooms (chilling in the room onsen bath was a dream)”

Raccomandato ”

“The front desk agents were super kind and helpful. They both spoke English. We needed that. Bountiful and delicious dinner and breakfast buffets were included. Our room was amazingly well appointed and large. The king bed was beyond adequate. It was two full sized beds bound together. We hope to return to this property some day.”

“While this is an older hotel, it is clean, things are in working order, and rather charming and unique. For example, I had a large room with a small patio that offered a beautiful view of the city. It’s in a quaint quiet town with gorgeous views of the mountains surrounding the town. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of hot green tea. The thermos amazingly kept the water hot even till the next morning. Because I went during « low » season in May, I was able to enjoy the onsen to myself ! The...

“Safe and clean. Very convenient.”
