“I arrived at the hotel very late night and tired, and I had to wake up early for my 8:00 a.m. flight. While walking barefoot in the room, I felt something sharp under my foot — it was a piece of nail that a previous guest had cut and left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It was obvious the room was not clean, but since I needed to rest, I decided to mention it at the reception before leaving. Unica avvertenza: se si viaggia da soli alla sera, per raggiungere la struttura è meglio usare il bus (che ha la fermata davanti all'albergo) dall'areoporto perchè la zona è isolata, in mezzo a area industriale e di servizi all'areoporto.”

“La struttura è all'interno di un'area di servizio, comodissima come stop di una notte per spezzare un viaggio. Personale gentile, la colazione è un cesto che si ritira al mattino presso la reception. In camera te, caffè e bollitore. Struttura pulita, unica nota negativa quando siamo entrati la temperatura in camera era freddissima. Alzando il condizionatore si è poi riscaldata nella notte col passare delle ore. Consiglierei di impostare le temperature un po più alte a camere vuote. ”

“The staff were absolutely amazing. Warm friendly and very welcoming. One of us needed GF food and nothing was too much trouble. They made the stay very positive. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The housekeeping staff were equally lovely. We would definitely stay again when we’re in Burton. Thanks so much. ”

“Staff well trained (a rare thing these days). Food excellent and reasonably priced. Only negative was WiFi not strong enough for in room smart tv. Would definitely stop again.”

“Nice welcoming spa/hotel. Room large with plenty of space and amenities. Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. If you want to stay all day it will cost £70 including a 3 course dinner. Will stay again in the future 😉”
