“The hotel is an attractive building set in extensive grounds, with an interesting woodland walk. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few areas where the guest experience could be improved. It took us quite a while to find our room because the receptionist did not give us complete directions, and the signage did not direct guests to the second lift. Later on wemet two other guests who were also lost in the same area, and we helped them find...

“Basic hotel. Clean but very basic room. Requiring refurbishment. No extras available in room/ bathroom e.g glasses for water, vanity kit, mini bar. Toilet roll very very thin. Body wash dispenser was empty. Breakfast was adequate. Again, very basic. However, staff were very friendly and attentive.”

No warning at all well this was a awful hotel so tatty and dirty. no ammenties. lots of staff but no help what so ever came home early NEVER AGAIN. so be warned save your money G Field”

“Property was located right on the beach excellent location to all local attractions. Went with my husband and daughter. Staff were lovely, I extended my stay for another day and the staff they were so helpful. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the parking was great right outside the property with plenty of parking in the back. In fact they even let us leave our car in the car park even after we had checked out, so we got the extra parking for the rest of the day. Will definitely...

“Minus:) carpets in the corridors where filthy, there was an unpleasant smell . Found cobwebs in the corners of the room out of reach. Good :) the bed was comfortable kitchen was good.”

The hotel is well situated,close to beach and resort centre and car parking is on the street but no problem finding a space.”
