“The staff were very nice and helpful. This rating is based on getting what you pay for. In that context, the weeknight tariff was good value. It was clean and comfy. However, in line with other comments the property is well past its best in terms of condition. Somewhat rundown is apt. It suited us for an overnight late arrival/early departure but we would not stay longer. It is not too soundproof, Decor is old and gloomy. Curtains are ill fitting letting in light. WiFi was excellent. Room had...

“No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough.”

“Perfectly comfortable for business trip.”

“I enjoyed staying here! It was comfortable and had everything I needed. I loved having a nice place to stay with my dog.”

“Very good.”

“Perfect quiet getaway in comfort. Thoughtful details made our stay even better than expected.”

“Pet friendly, took my two small dogs. Very clean all over. Cosy and everything was provided to make the stay home from home.”

“A lovely house with gorgeous views. Thank you for the welcome gift box a wonderful little extra. Would definitely recommend for groups and or families.”

“We had a fabulous time in this Kiwi paradise. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and provided unexpected special treats like a bottle of wine and Whitakers chocolate. ”

“We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back.”

“The property was superb. All amenities excellent. Sitting in the hot tub on our last evening was great fun...sooo relaxing. All in all a great experience. Thank you”

“Lovely buffet breakfast”

“Reception greating was lovely and very friendly. Room was very clean, tidy and modern. Absolutely loved the nespresso coffee and the milk in a reusable glass bottle.”

“Camera molto spaziosa e personale estremamente disponibile. Non abbiamo usufruito delle piscine e palestra, ma erano a disposizione per gli ospiti. Doccia larga e confortevole, wifi in camera perfettamente funzionante. Struttura consigliata”

“We loved the friendly and helpful welcome we received, and the beautifully furnished, spacious and immaculately clean 2 bedroom unit we stayed in. Beds - great! Lovely linen and comfy - firm beds but not hard. 2 toilets much appreciated. Kitchen was excellent and reasonably well equipped- a couple of suggestions here though - microwave, sitting on top of rangehood is well above safe height of 1250-1350 off floor and I'd suggest remounting on the wall. Also no bowl of any sort for a salad or...
