“I was expecting to sleep in an hotel not in a hostel!! When l have booked there was no informations about the tipe of accommodation. and the price l payed is not comparable with an hostel with no privat bathroom ”

Un appunto sul servizio, che per un albergo di questo tipo dovrebbe essere un po' più attento a questi dettagli: non era indicato che fosse raggiungibile solo in funicolare, all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi il servizio per portare le valigie in camera e al ritorno abbiamo dovuto scoprire noi per caso che era disponibile un servizio di navetta dall'albergo alla funicolare.”

“Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Alles da, was man braucht, klein aber fein. Preis / Leistung sehr gut, Betten bequem und alles sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gute Kommunikation. Man kann vor dem Haus kurz auf einem der drei Besucherparkplätze parken und ausladen (max 3 h) und anschließend auf dem Parkdeck auf einem reservierten Platz hinter dem Haus unbegrenzt. ”

“Nous y avons passé 8 jours, et nous avons été séduits par cet appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, au calme au bord du lac de Zoug, à 30 minutes de Lucerne. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire même si nous ne parlions pas la même langue, nous nous sommes compris facilement. Nous recommandons l'endroit.”
