“We only stayed one night and suited us fine. Staff were helpful and friendly and our room was a good size and clean. A little dated but it wouldn’t stop us staying there again. Breakfast was good with a varied choice. There was no lift but staff carried our luggage to our room which was a nice touch. Sizeable carpark and a good location.”

“The room was clean, the towels very good quality. The word Chef should be taken out of the title as the food was poor. No bowl of chopped fruit at breakfast. A blackberry and apple crumble was a layer of thick pastry with a thin smear of fruit, scarcely visible topped with a very solid thick layer of crumble - inedible. Parking good and the staff were pleasant and helpful”

“The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience.
