“Pros— The location was excellent!! 10/10 The pools are beautiful & you can walk right out to the beach & snorkel. The lawn chairs are comfortable with big umbrellas for people who want shade. The housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast staff were so kind. Please bring money to tip them- they deserve it! Breakfast has a lot of wonderful options - we were pleasantly surprised. Our specific room (these vary) was large with a great balcony. Cons— The elevator broke several times, which was okay...

“The resort did not honor the free breakfast even when shown the app where it states that it’s a “free” breakfast. Otherwise the resort was beautiful. We did lose power a few times and AC in our room was spotty. I’d recommend booking directly, as I’m pretty sure we had the worst room in this resort.”
