“I love staying at Brown. This is my third visit. The staff is very kind to me and always willing to go the extra mile. The area is perfect. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood. “We stayed in this hotel a few days before this booking and everything went well. This time unfortunately the room had very strong cigarette smell, the staff was very unhelpful, unresponsive and barely looked or talked with us during check in or in other moments. Other than that, it is a good hotel with comfortable facilities and good breakfast.”

"Excellent stay only be aware if you book the Junior Suite as it is a small / corner room, better to look at other options. The staff anyhow was super helpful and supported by change. In addition it is a very busy hotel, difficult to do early check-in factor this in your travels. I highly reccomend the place to everyone"
