“I stayed for 3 nights for a work trip, and the hotel was very accommodating. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to leave equipment at reception for colleagues to collect. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I would stay here again. ”

“The air was effective. The room very clean and well serviced. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Chloe in particular was wonderful. Extremely efficient and considerate. She arranged a taxi for us and checked on us while waiting offering an umbrella if required. A valuable and pleasant young lady. The stay was comfortable, all needs met. Parking space could have been allocated to ensure space. Well done Harp”

“Management are very good. I had to cancel my trip due to injury and the management called to say they have offered me credit to use within 3 months. I had not taken booking insurance so this was above and beyond expectations. Looking forward to the trip soon.”
