“Hotel propre”

“Hotel nel complesso molto buono, stanze grandi e vicino a Montreal. Il giudizio negativo è relativo alla accoglienza. Purtroppo per i lavori in corso non siamo riusciti ad arrivare in tempo il primo giorno, avvisando la sera. Arrivati il giorno dopo abbiamo soggiornato altri due giorni, stando molto bene. Purtroppo però ci hanno addebitato comunque la prima notte, anche se all'accoglienza ci avevano detto che l'avrebbero scalata. A nulla è servito l'intervento di Expedia. Peccato che si siano...

“I arrived and checked in around 5:00pm. First, my key didn't work. When I went back to the counter the gentleman told me he had to get his "manager" to fix it. Went back to my room. 30min later still no update, so went for dinner. Came back and had to ask for the key again. Then I noticed the TV wasn't working. Went back to front desk, the gentleman said "oh we've been having problems with the TV's since the renovation, they don't work. But you have WI-FI so just use your phone". I said are you...

“They never turned up heat before we arrived so it was only 10 degrees in the room. Rang bell for 10 minutes for check I. Before someone finally showed up”

“The house has a view, but the interior is rather dilapidated, showers didn't have soap, shampoo, body wash. Needed to contact host to go into stock room to get it. Trash bins were full from prior guests, looks like it hasn't been emptied in a long time. general cleaning was lacking or never done. From a distance it looks good, but not a recommend for a special event. You can't even turn the lights down to hide all the disappointments. NO DIMMERS!!!! all different degrees led fixtures...

“Hot tub was great perk to our stay! The house was beautifully decorated and clean and had all the amenities we needed! Grocery store is close and was very impressive with selections! The home had plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Sunrises and sunsets from the breakfast nook were my favorite. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a great house that we rented for our family vacation along with two others in the area. The house is very "rustic" ( if you're tall, duck your head!), but completely updated and very comfortable.It is very clean and well equipped. Eric (our host) was easy to communicate with and very responsive.”

“Amazing experience at the Escapade, the property was exactly how it looked in pictures. Great location right on the lake and in town with everything you could need in walking distance. The host was very helpful and added a nice touch of robes for use during the stay for all the guests. Would definitely come back and recommend to others”
