“When I first got into the room, I was pretty upset because the beds were horrible. The sheets were wrinkled. The pillowcases were wrinkled and dirty and a blanket. It was just not a maid bed. It was like a four-year-old had made it up so I was upset I took a video I took it downstairs. I showed them they called whoever they called. I came upstairs and I asked them to fix the bed and they were hesitant and said that everything was clean doesn't look clean and I didn't wanna have a discussion. I...
