“Loved the Crowne Plaza at Queenstown. Check in was easy and the staff were lovely. I’d mentioned in the bookings that we were staying for my mums 70th birthday and waiting in the room was a birthday dessert treat for her. It was a lovely little surprise. We had a lake view room - amazing view, great size room with two queen beds. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great location - central to everything. "Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente"
