“When we arrived to our room, we wanted to relax and watch the US Open, only to find out our tv did not. I tried numerous times to call theftont desk but noone would answer For the price of our room we should have a tv that works”

“It started with checkin. We reserved a room facing the lake and was told this type rrom was not available. The lobby and hallway had a very bad smell. The room did not have any hand or shower soap. The breakfast buffet was disgusting. We asked the hotel for our money back so we could find another hotel...they said is was non-refundable. This was my first experience with Expedia and will be my last”

“Room was clean, but there was no water pressure and the tub was very slippery. Breakfast was well stocked, but was not cleaned very well during serving times. I watched the attendant walk by trash left on the counter and wipe crumbs on the floor. During our 2 day stay, luggage was left by the front door and then eventually moved to the curb by the street, which was a little creepy. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.
