“Poor Customer Service My husband booked a room around 6 PM for what he believed was the same night. When he arrived at the hotel, he realized the reservation had accidentally been made for a date one month ahead instead of that night. “Mallard House was perfect for a little family getaway.. It’s been updated recently and was super clean. Best part of the weekend was relaxing and watching the water through the wall of windows in the sunroom with morning coffee. Kitchen is stocked with the basics and the owners were kind enough to leave some microwave popcorn. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were stocked with soap. Shampoo & conditioner.
