We informed Housekeeping about this upon our return from touring, but the phone issue persisted throughout our three-day stay. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. Dont think order a pizza at the bar, chose something else And try to avoid the rooms at 7th floor, since the noisy restaurant is just above”
