Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. “The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...

“The hotel is located in a quiet residential area on a waterfront. It was between Cardiff Bay (15-20 minute walk) and city centre (15 minute walk). The kitchenette was adequate to prepare/cook a simple meal. The breakfast was good with a range of food, including a cooked breakfast. We thought it was excellent value for money.”
