“We had a great stay at Ladera! The view is everything you can imagine and more. The staff was so respectful, kind and on top of everything you need. We didn’t wait more than 5-10 minutes when we called for anything. There were some small complaints but Yvette and her staff went above and beyond to ensure they were resolved… even upgraded our room! The resort tries their best to manage bugs by spraying nightly and as needed but of course, you are in nature so be aware bugs are still in abundance...

“I am a frequent visitor to Coco Palm. The location is excellent. However, the property is tired. Great strides have been made with the changes to the dining and reception lobby areas. It is my hope that they can make changes to the bathrooms. They are seriously outdated...but I do understand that this will be a massive undertaking.”

“Room with balconies was beautiful with a beautiful view of ocean. Lorraine (the owner) went above and beyond, driving us to a restaurant and taking us on a tour. She is a very sweet lovely lady, and provided coffee and treats. ”
