“Staff was extremely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The lobby is beautiful, with lounge areas if you don't want to be cooped up in your room. My family and I were able to play cards and watch live sports in the lobby with no complaints. Our only complaint is the carpet in the room was filthy and had an old musty smell, that definitely took some getting used to.”

“The hot water in the shower was non-existent, luke warm at best. Other than that, all good. The lady at the front desk could have let my friend in the door instead of letting her stand in the foyer in sub-zero weather while I parked the car. I understand the safety issues but a midnight in sub-zero weather who shows up except hotel guests?”
