Cerca hotel in Town of Southold Town

“The room was clean and the staff is always wonderful. Parking was a nightmare because of the festival which had nothing to do with the hotel. My only issue is the breakfast , I wish it had a little more so I don’t have to go down the street to get something to eat . Honestly it’s not even an issue we will continue to stay here because it is a very nice hotel”

“We had a 2 bedroom. It was tight in the rooms. It met our needs for a couple of nights. I thought it was expensive based on its location behind a boat marina.”

“What an incredible experience. We came for our anniversary weekend in late October and enjoyed the hydrotherapy session at their spa and a delicious dinner at Nookies. The grounds and rooms are impeccable and the staff are so friendly and accommodating.”

“What a great place , hidden gem on North Fork! it would have been nice if the Resturant was opened. We will be back”

“Great condo. Very nice location and grounds.”

“Very attractive and convenient boutique hotel in Greenport. We loved the bikes, the snacks and drinks on each floor and the relaxed and professional vibe. John the manager is very helpful and professional. This is a great choice in the North Fork.”

“I have never written this before but the pictures you see do not do this property justice. I just loved this apartment. It had all the essentials. Hoping to stay again in the future. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beautiful beach.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Greenport! The location was absolutely perfect, and one of the things we loved most was being able to walk to town and the beautiful harbor. Everything was so conveniently located, from the charming shops and wonderful restaurants to the lovely waterfront, making it easy to enjoy everything Greenport has to offer without needing to drive. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful Greenport getaway!”
