“The property was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for bringing our dog along. I think the problem, for us was that after a day of being out and about and coming back, the sofa wasn't very comfortable for evening relaxation before bed. And if you're bringing another couple, there really isn't room for more than two adults on the sofa. There is, however, plenty of room on a really nice deck with tables and chairs and a grill for people to sit and visit.”

“The house was ok. There was still dirt and trash on the kitchen table so I don’t think it got thoroughly cleaned between guests. The bed was not comfortable. The listing was misleading. It said it came with a dock and showed pictures of a dock, however, the dock is not on the property. It’s a quarter of a mile drive, and it’s a shared dock. There were other boats there. And there was no information provided at the house on where to and how to access it. The owners were very responsive to texts...

“La struttura è un motel anche se non si capisce dalla descrizione, le camere non sono nuove come in foto ma vecchie e puzzano di muffa. Bagno fatiscente ”

“Very nice room, clean and tidy. Free parking place. Nice breakfast, kind staff. Hot coffee, tea, snacks available 24/24. ”

“Classico motel americano; stanza con buona metratura ma con bagno piccolo. Discreta la pulizia ma insonorizzazione inesistente. Colazione quasi sufficiente. Ok per una notte per il prezzo della camera.”

“The room could have been cleaner, some moldiness in the corners of the shower. The rest of the room smelled clean, and looked pretty clean. The staff was friendly. We were there three days, breakfast was basic and repetitive. There were two adults in the room and they only gave us two towels. What if we used the pool or worked out, and wanted more than one shower? We then had to request more towels. That’s annoying.”

“Excellent value.”

“This property has declined over the past couple of years. The bathroom in our room wasn't very clean. I was looking forward to swimming after hours of driving but the pool was closed for no apparent reason.”

“Il motel era discreto considerando il prezzo purtroppo a noi è stata assegnata una stanza nel seminterrato dove c'era odore di muffa e i vetri erano sporchissimi. Le stanze ai piani superiori sembravano migliori.”

“The hotel was fine for one night; I ran the Wineglass Marathon and it was perfect, just a few minutes from where I needed to catch the bus to the starting line”

“Beautiful cabin that has EVERYTHING you need for a relaxed and fun family vacation. A lot of attractions within 30 min -1 h drive on Keuka and Seneca lakes. The hosts are great! Thank you Ray and Destiny - we will come again!”

“Perfect location to get up and down the lake and walking distance to a nice little village”

“The Black Sheep Inn occupies a beautiful and historic house near the pleasant village of Hammondsport. The accommodations were comfortable. The innkeepers were welcoming and generous. The included breakfast is always a hit!”
