“Perfect location to get away and have some quiet time without being very far away from local activities. Spacious inside and out so your not sitting on top of one a other. Some things to take note, house does get hot and stuffy, bring some fans. There are ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms and an AC unit in the loft upstairs. Bathroom is small, taller folks will be squatting to wash their hair. Be prepared to bring/buy drinking water. The cabin is on a dirt road with an uphill driveway,...

“We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out. ”
