“When I needed to look for a place for my family to stay so that we can attend a funeral I found the perfect place. There's beautiful woods to explore as well as a creek that you can see out the window. There are accommodations for everything you need inside. I'm so glad to have had this opportunity to bring my family from Florida to experience New York like I did as a kid growing up on my grandparents farm.”

“We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out. ”

“This is a beautifully appointed tiny home, perfect for a quiet getaway! The decor is curated so tastefully, and the kitchen area equipped with stovetop and even olive oil and spices. The bed is comfortable and it was so nice to be able to bring our dog along. The hosts were lovely and provided quick and thoughtful communication. “The rooms are recently renovated. The inside was very clean. This hotel is a work in progress as many others and I hope them all the best in bringing this place up to full glamor once again. I was always brought to small motels/hotels as a kid and now I root for all the people that are trying to keep these older establishments running. I encourage others to give this a stay. “in good maintenance,room clean,front desk Doug was a delight to work with....Onsite restaurant looked good(we waited 15minute too late!! Nearby applebees sufficed and offered 10% discount for Red Roof) Pool comfortable. Self service ice would have been nice; front desk was quick to supply.”

“This is a great dog friendly option, close to downtown Corning and the glass museum, but also an easy drive to others areas like Watkins Glen and Ithaca. Nearby Cayuga Lake is a great outdoor spot with plenty of summer activities. We brought our pup, and he was welcomed by all the staff and loved the goodie bag! There was also a spacious and quiet outdoor area in the back for doing his business. ”
