“Aggressively average. Things here are similar prices to Australia. The bathroom smelled bad, kind of like old pee or terrible cleaning supplies. Also we ordered lunch at the pool on our last day and because they were so slow making our food (50min a burger and a wrap), we asked where it was and they hadn’t even started making it!!! We were late to our airport transfer, took another 20min to get a refund. So after all that we didn’t even get lunch! On top of that, none of the staff had any sense...

“A truly luxury experience. Lagoon pool villas were well appointed and great location to everything whilst still being private. Food first class, ala carte menu changed daily. Staff were of course the highlight of the stay. So happy, helpful and accommodating. All were quick to claim credit as the chef when a meal was praised!
