“Our two night stay was wonderful. Beautiful weather, the lake was spectacular. All staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. The room was comfy, the TV had some issues but this was quickly resolved by the maintenance team. The only negative was our experience at the on site restaurant The Taproom. After a long journey there we were hungry and although there were only 3 tables with customers we waited 45 minutes for a burger and a chicken wrap. Our order was mistakenly given to another...

“I could never get housekeeping to clean my room. Areas of the hotel were dirty...the floors, windows. The elevator broke and there was no sign....apparently the font desk knew about it but never told guests.”
