“The location is very convenient for Gatwick North terminal, but signage for the drop-off at the hotel is very poor if you are not already aware of the hotel location. Our taxi driver made two circuits of the airport complex, incurring two charges, before we solved the riddle. ”

“Nonostante le 2 ore di ritardo del volo, siamo riusciti a raggiungere l'albergo in treno in soli 10 minuti, in quanto e' possible accedere in hotel direttamente dalla piattaforma 2 della stazione di Crawley attraverso un cancelletto posto alla fine del binario 2. Il personale e' stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato utili consigli. Ottima la colazione e I bambini sotto I 6 anni non pagano! Il taxi per l'aeriporto prenotato al mattino seguente e' costato solo 11 sterline.”

“Booked as attending a wedding nearby that began at 11am and went until late at night. Staff were so accommodating; I was able to check in early which was really helpful. Room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, shower pressure and temperature were great. I didn’t eat but breakfast looked nice. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. ”
