Felt empty of guests so bar very uninviting.Didn't discover lounge until second day and then water damaged ceiling and a filthy carpet.”

“Amazing old building, wonderful period and eclectic decor. Breakfasts are the best ever - huge selection and all equally delicious (and generously sized!) Staff and especially Manager Kerry were super helpful and charming. Dinners and lunches were also very good. Service was spotty and a bit haphazard.
