Hotel vicino a Diablo Creek Golf Course - Concord

“Towrls were thon, stringy and grey not white. Bed spread dingy and sheets stained. Only two pillows and the sheets and thin beadspread. No blanket. The front desk gave these two girls w a fog the wrong door and they knocked on my door. Then the cops came to the motel for someone. The water pressure was a trickle and the toilet didnt flush”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“As a guest paying for parking that has a long truck that I had to go around which made inconvenient. Another thing as the room do have coffee machine but come with no water in the room which makes guest go out of the way to get water. When asking for water you have be Hilton reward member and if your not you will not get any . The person handing out water not nice. As well for everyone to be aware to check the iron since during my stay the iron ruin a whole outfit that I needed for my work...

“Great parking, a space was always available. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Several staff were working it and keeping the area immaculate. Well done. Room nice, water pressure a little light. Overall well done.”

“Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. A efficient and friendly staff. New rooms. Nice beds. The location is close to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but I wouldn’t call the neighborhood walkable. I would stay again if I need to come to Concord. ”

“We asked for extra pillows and no one came to bring them. Also, front desk was rude and unprofessional when inquiring about the Wi-Fi information.”

“First room I got smelled horribly like cigarettes and mold. Asked to change rooms. Next room had hair on the shower! From the head and pubic- gross!!”

“I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my stay was. I had a room upstairs in the indoor part of the building. I enjoyed the quiet and privacy. Everything about it was Pleasant. It's not a new building, so giving it a rating doesn't really accurately describe how pleased I was. I've stayed at newer hotels that were less Charming and less clean. and towels provided”
