Hotel vicino a Diablo Creek Golf Course - Concord

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“We were there visiting grandkids. It was roomy, comfortable & well-equipped. Set-up worked well bc my husband has sleeping issues due to a medical condition so having the 1-bedroom made it possible for me to get some rest while he was trying to settle in at night. The area is good also for walking our dog--very safe neighborhood. ”

“The front desk upon checking in was rude. The microwave wasn't working, but it was the entire plug that didn't work. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. You have to pay for parking that I didn't know about until we got out parking paper. This isn't where we normally stay, but we booked last minute. ”

“The hotel is pleasant with a comfortable room layout and a very good shower. The pool and hot tub are a big plus and there is parking on the premises. The couple of drawbacks: The elevator card key deactivated multiple times and the bath and pool towels are scratchy. We arranged for daily room "refresh" and only had housekeeping one day when we followed up in the morning.”

“The room was clean, though it had a faint stale odor and the toilet seat looked "over used". But floors were spotless and the bed sheets were crisp. There was some later night conversations from other guests that probably should have been taken inside rather than had on the walk way outside for all to hear. Parking was easy, pretty much drive to your room door within the gated area (nice). The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. ”

“Adequate is an exaggeration. They charged over $100 for "holding the room" on the day after i checked in. In other words they stole it. No "maid" service unless i specificall ask for it in advance. I got no prior notice that this is a construction site. Big mistake.”

“Arrived around 6pm. Given room key without any directions. Room located on 3rd floor. Had to use stairs. I’m 74. Asked where to park, told in the back. My room was at the absolute opposite end of the hotel from the back. Had to wander back and forth down endless hallways, Room looked like it was used for odds and ends. Mattress was not comfortable. ONLY SAVING GRACE FOR THIS HOTEL WAS A LOVELY, STAFF WOMAN WHO MANAGED THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. I asked EMILIA if she liked working there. She...

“I’m honestly surprised this hotel has such high ratings because our experience was very disappointing. Walking into the property felt more like stepping into an outdated motel than a hotel. While I understand that you “get what you pay for,” the ratings online made us expect something much better, so it felt very misleading. The first room we were given had lights that didn’t even work, so we had to go back and request another room. The replacement room we were given clearly wasn’t ready yet....
