“The plug in the bathroom sink did not work, and it was stuck in the down position so we were unable to use the sink. Some of the towels in the bathroom were ragged, and the duvet cover had a fairly large stain with what looked like black ink. The staff were as helpful as they were able to be considering we discovered the problem with the sink around 11pm. There was no maintenance staff to fix it at that time, and they offered to allow us to move, but due to the late hour, we declined. They...

“The property is new and in great condition with a good location near the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was amazing and helped us with recommendations we asked for. The only slight issue, which was minimal, was the airplane noise was a little louder than I expected. ”

“Really nice suites hotel very close to DFW airport. Room was huge. Fried/freezer, microwave, small kitchenette. Coffee machine. Comfy bed. Coffee, tea and filtered water freely available in the foyer. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, great service. Complimentary breakfast. Great location for visiting the sites in the DFW area. There is no bar or restaurant here, however there are plenty nearby to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.”

“The only issue was the deadbolt in room 240 did not latch. We did make them aware at check out (it was a 1 night stay & we were prepared in case) that the bolt didn't latch. It is our favorite little hotel as it's in a great location. Not to busy of an area, close to multiple restaurants, right by main event, rooms are always clean, and staff's always been kind each stay!”
