My room was spotless, and the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The location was perfect and made everything easily accessible. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“My brother dropped his phone between the elevator and the elevator door. It fell into the shaft. Maintenance was able to retrieve it!! We are impressed. This is our second time staying there. We really had a good time. We feel cared for and appreciated. ”
