Hotel a Discovery Bay

“The heater did not work very well. We had to have someone from the front desk come and show us how to turn it on. The entry way and bathroom floor was very slippery and should be replaced. The room did not feel clean. The water view was poor, it looked out over the HVAC system. Needless to say i was very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel in its current condition. I will say that the person checking us in and who helped with the heater was very nice.”

“The gym was well equipped for the most part. Equipment all worked fine, and the room was a good size. We appreciated that the thermostat was accessible so it could be adjusted if necessary. The only thing not there was a set of free weights. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The wifi worked consistently. The room was clean, and everything in it worked.”

“per fortuna ho dormito una sola notte, la camera puzzava di umido e polvere talmente tanto che era impossibile dormire, avevamo tutti e 3 la gola infiammata dagli acari!. Non capisco come possa evere valutazioni così alte, probabilmente sono false come anche quelle del Motel The Forks inn a Forks che è dello stesso proprietario e dove sfortunatamete ho dormito il giorno successivo, pessimo come questo. Se potete evitateli entrambi”

“1) Bathroom had water damage on drywall seams, shower rod was damaged and corroding, hot water for tub did not really stop, could turn either way and water would come out. 2) Bedroom lights did not work between queen beds - we booked a single queen bed. Switch spun and did nothing. Mattress/box spring closest to heater was unsupportive to body weight, slept in the other bed so we were cold during the night. Entry light worked but the other lights were all unplugged. Would not recommend based...

“There was literal black mold on pillow cases and sheet, blood spots on toilet seat and chair, desk was sticky, very very very unsanitary, clearly had not been cleaned on a VERY long time. No one would come to the desk to address. Complaint filed with Department of Health this place was THAT BAD. You are better off sleeping on a park bench than in this hotel. I cannot stress how disgusting vile gross this place is. I had low expectations given the price but the bar here for basic cleanliness...

“La camera era adiacente al ristorante dell’hotel ed ai servizi igienici esterni, non proprio ideale. Le dimensioni ridotte e la pulizia non eccellente, soprattutto la moquette che presentava macchie un po’ inquietanti, sono tutti fattori che non mi fanno giudicare positivamente la struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo non idoneo. Unica nota piacevole, la struttura in sé, una residenza con una storia da raccontare. ”
