“The evening front office staff (Al) was extremely helpful in getting us settled in our room even though we had a very late check in (around 12:30 AM). He waited for us even though the front desk officially closes at midnight. The room was well lit and very clean. The amenities provided were more like a higher star rated hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for us.”

“The hotel was cery clean and hospitable. They provide aurport pickups on request which was really helpful along with the olace being only 5 mins away from the airport, it was quite convenient for the overnight stay to start our journey towards lake tahoe. The staff was also quite receptive and welcoming. King suite rooms had cozy bed and were well amenated. Breakfast was also pretty good. ”

“We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...
