“Huge comfortable bed, standard king room was a great size, best of all zero noise outside the room, not a sound. Great choice of breakfast food, all very fesh, reasonable price. Parking on site and a bus stop accross the road takes you into central Cambridge or station.”

“Absolutely wonderful but we did have the best room (The Kings Suite) The only thing I would say is the windows need cleaning as the sun was beaming in the morning and it showed them up terribly. But everything else was just amazing from the suite to the art, and all the interest around racing. Breakfast was lovely too. ”

Hotel is in a super location on the bridge with views of the river and just a short walk to shops and amenities. Very friendly - will always go back when visiting Thetford area.”

“The Packhorse Inn was a very pleasant inn to stay at for my business trip! The room itself was well air conditioned and the amenities were very comfortable. Any extras needed such as ironing board, etc were readily available from the staff. Had breakfast and supper multiple evenings of my trip and always enjoyed them throughly. Generous portions and reasonable pricing. The inn itself is located next to a quiet and quaint village which is a short few minute drive into Newmarket which is loaded...

"La camera aveva tutto il necessario ed era pulita. La colazione era completa, a frutta (insalata di mirtilli, fragole, ecc.) , un po' eccessivamente aspra. Il parcheggio era comodo e vicino, al giusto prezzo. "
"Hotel perfetto: in un minuto sei in stazione, con 3-4 bus diversi (che partono da davanti l’hotel) in neanche 10 minuti sei in centro a Cambridge. Sono arrivato alle 9 di mattina, facendomi registrare al loro portale, mi hanno concesso il check in anticipato gratuito. Camera che affacciava sulla stazione ma non si sentiva una mosca. Pulita, spaziosa e letto ultra comodo. Personale sempre pronto. La migliore esperienza avuta con Ibis "
"Struttura eccezionale. Camere molto belle ben dotate e pulite. Colazione molto fornita. Unico punto negativo è la mancanza di un parcheggio della struttura o convenzionato con essa. Si può parcheggiare nel parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria ma il costo è assolutamente sproporzionato. "
"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt.
Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best in class products. If you want a superior SPA you truly have to struggle to find one. WiFi was excellent and stable. The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
