Hotel in zona Distretto di Jetysu, Almaty

“No shuttle bus service as mentioned in service. Before booking they said it is rare advantage but there is no advantage at all also it is middle of residential area very hard to access anything noting round all small house and high school. Staff was friendly room clean breakfast okay nice also they don’t respond chat”

“When we got to the hotel they said they don't participate with Hotels.com and refused to accept our voucher even after we showed them both hard copy and email versions of the voucher. No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. It turned out that the location was outside of the city center and hard to get to. The air conditioning leaked water into the room so we had to turn it off. Breakfast was very poor...

“総じて普通、１泊１万では割高感あり。 値段が高い時期に泊まってしまったが、 通常値段であればコスパはよいほうかもしれない。”

“Staff were helpful and kind. Hotel design is pretty cool too”

“The structure is not new, the furniture is aging. However rooms are pretty big, well located and well positioned. Breakfast is decent. On top, they kept my luggage for a week while travelling light elsewhere.”

“Ottimo hotel in centro ad Almaty. Buona colazione con ampia scelta anche per gusti Italiani.”

“Clean rooms, kind staff, nearby metro”

“Hotel ricavvato da un edificio di stile sovietico. La camera era piuttosto piccola ma con tutto ciò che serve. Ha anche una piscina che non ho avuto tempo di usare. Consigliato.”

“Breakfast is great.”

“Property was clean and staff was very helpful. Location is quite central to the city.”

“This hotel is one of the peaks of Almaty, with huge rooms and equally huge comfortable beds and spare linen. The ac was nice and quiet while you sat on quality furniture Access to the floor was via a lift from the 24/7 reception area”
