“I reserved and paid for another property from this host but was only told after completing and paying for the resevation that it wasn't available due to flooding, the listing should not have been active if it wasnt available.We were then offered another house by this host which was "ok" at best, feels like we were baited into reserving only to be offered a lesser option. The Hydro was cut off on Friday in the next property due to an overdue account, our food in the fridge was spoiled and frozen...

“I liked most things with this property. We were a bit worried about the location as it was in a less than desirable neighbourhood. Having said that, the manager was wonderful and always willing to help. The neighbours across the road were friendly and helpful. There are security cameras and lots of light so coming home late was not an issue. All in all, I believe we got a fair and good deal.”
