I think they should have emailed or texted me before check-in so i could make other arrangements. There were people in other rooms yelling and screaming then to top things off, the police came to do something about the people yelling and screaming. I wouldn't recommend this place to the devil himself!”

“Hotel was clean and in a great location. Parking was much cheaper on the street. The bad was this place is noisy. Not outside but inside . Its like there is no insulation in the walls. Each night we were awakened by others headed to their room. The worse was saturday night ,they had a wedding onsite. The dj should have just set up in our room. I would have figured quiet hours would have started before 10, but the music continued until almost 11. Then came the party goers until 2 am. I would at...

“When u walked in you can smell the mildew from the carpets and also the elevator, the room sheets and carpet was filthy, furniture had fingernail paint on it and the bathroom shower curtain needed to be changed, it's could have been better clean a deep clean,and the pool was down for maintenance, you pay what you get at this location”

“The breakfast was horrible, they just recycled the sausage links for the week, by Friday they were dry and shriveled up. The weird egg patties were dry and gritty, like they were powdered with not enough water added. The "fitness center" was a joke. 3 machines one was broken. I walked out to a homeless guy sleeping in a chair in the hallway. It smelled musty like stale smoke. There was a tornado warning with the sirens going off and the news was saying to take cover for that area, the staff was...

“The bathroom looked like it was going through a remodel and was not finished. The smoke detector was in a drawer. It was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in 😟”

“The room did not have a phone in it..complete surprise. Have never had that happen before. Also the TV needed to be reset but front desk did it right away. Breakfast was good. Request to have a room on back side of hotel. Quieter.”

“I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!”

“Clean rooms- comfortable beds and convenient parking and plenty of restaurants to walk to”

“The staff was friendly. Reserved and paid for a room with two queen beds and got one with two double beds. Cigarette butts were on the hallway floor. Patches in walls- repairs attempted but not done correctly.”
