“The property was clean and rooms were clean. The manager seemed nice. The pool was closed the first night which was a very big disappointment since that was the main reason we picked this hotel (and the waffle maker). The next 2 nights the chlorine level was so high we couldn't stand to be in the water more than about 15-20 minutes because it burned our eyes so bad. The breakfast was okay, all processed food. “Our daughter’s wedding was held at the venue right next to the Element hotel. The convenience of the location to the venue was great! The availability of rooms, the type of rooms, the lack of controlling your room temperature, the fact that our rooms did not get cleaned or fresh towels offered daily, and the inconvenience of the parking garage bar code scanner were my least favorite parts of my stay here. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend.”
