“This property is a 3 star hotel on its best day. This hotel does have a certain charm, but that is negated by an overall sense that the hotel is very lacking in a regular cleaning schedule. In fact, in the three days I was there I did not see one single person doing any cleaning anywhere, not on the guest floor and not in the main areas. The room did not feel adequately clean, especially the bathroom. The towels are thin and one of them had a hole in it. I will add that the staff is very nice...

“No place was very clean.Staff was very nice.Didn't like the fact that I paid for parking?And then when I came back about eleven o'clock eleven fifteen at night , there was no parking for me in any of the garages , or in the parking lot behind. You think if you were gonna charge people per slot fifteen dollars , you would make sure that you didn't oversell the parking lot outside of that everything was great”

“Horrible experience, booked a suite online when I arrived they tried to give me a standard room. I'm the end no suites were available, they didn't want to refund me, tried to offer me discounted valet parking, and then free valet parking. It was pretty insane.”

“The hotel lobby and all areas in general were very nice and modern. The biggest complaint was they had a sign that the room would be cleaned every other day. We had to ask on day 3 to have it cleaned but it was not. We once again had to ask on day 4 to clean it and it finally was. There was very poor follow through on the staff’s part. The breakfast was ok but they did not replace food in a timely manner. Many items were gone as more people were coming. Parking was very convenient.”

“The breakfast was horrible, they just recycled the sausage links for the week, by Friday they were dry and shriveled up. The weird egg patties were dry and gritty, like they were powdered with not enough water added. The "fitness center" was a joke. 3 machines one was broken. I walked out to a homeless guy sleeping in a chair in the hallway. It smelled musty like stale smoke. There was a tornado warning with the sirens going off and the news was saying to take cover for that area, the staff was...
