The receptionist was very quiet and provided little to no information about the hotel, amenities, parking, or general stay details. The parking situation was also unclear, as guests are required to park behind the marketplace area with minimal guidance. The exterior approach and main entrance were relatively clean and well-maintained; however, the elevator was noticeably dirty and worn, and the foyer...

“Quick check in and out. It was in a great area surrounded by other hotels and only about 15 mins from downtown Jax. The free breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was free so it is what it is. I used the ice machine way more and it makes pretty good ice, ha. Overall, the room was nice enough. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner but the bed was super comfy and firm.”

“The rooms are in need of a major upgrade. Room on 1st floor reeked of mildew. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was inoperable. The ceiling had been painted over multiple times indicating this is not a new problem. There was not a single hook in the bathroom for a towel, hand towel or robe. The area of town was a bit sketchy. “I stayed one night. The front desk staff were gracious and friendly. My room was clean, bed was very comfortable, it was fairly quiet. I appreciated the DryBar hair products & good hair dryer. Great value for the price of the room!”

“Always sketchy people who stay there. This time some old lady was arguing in the hallway with people. This time I saw housekeeping cleaning rooms.. and to see the amount of filth and trash (assuming from long term tenants) outside the room was absolutely disgusting. If only the owners or corporate would renovate the interior and have better security it could be such a better hotel”
