“Staff was super kind - I needed help bringing my & my travel companion's bags upstairs while my travel companion was out, and they even helped me carry it up. The public bath was lovely, and there was free ice cream and laundry. Rooms were smaller but well laid out so it was easy to use. I loved it! The parking uses a car rotator so only small cars will fit in - FYI. Did not try breakfast but did try their free ramen at night, which was a nice snack.”

“Everything was perfect. Lots of food options in the area (great Udon!) were recommended to me by the lovely staff. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The villa was good, a lot of space and well equipped. Communication was completely via email, which is a bit anonymous. We didn’t have any problems, but I don’t know how it would have worked out only via email if there were one. Quite complicated to get transport for non Japanese people. ”
